This Thursday, 10:00am at the A. Holmes Johnson Memorial Library, the Kodiak Public Library Association will present the first check to Joe D’Elia and the City of Kodiak from the Living, Learning and Growing Capital Campaign. This money, in the amount of $500,000, will support the acquisition of furnishings, art, and landscaping during the summer 2013 season.
This will be one of the last official acts by Library Director, Joe D’Elia, who is retiring, effective June 22nd, after more than a decade of service as the Director. Please come down and say goodbye to Joe, and celebrate the Living, Learning and Growing campaign!
